Shipping

Orders will be shipped within two business days of order acknowledgement. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.

Once shipped you will receive tracking for your delivery.

During busy sale periods, please allow extra time for processing and delivery goods.

U.S. SHIPPING

We offer free standard domestic shipping and express 2-day shipping.
U.S. Standard: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
U.S. Express 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days*

*Express 2-Day orders must be made before 12:00 p.m. PST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a flat-rate shipping cost for shipping destinations outside of the United States.
All charges for customs clearance, taxes or duties payable are the responsibility of the recipient. We can not provide estimates for these charges. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping provider will contact you as the receiver directly to make payment for duties and taxes before goods are released.
Please be aware if you refuse taxes or duties and return goods to sender the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at mail@megcompany.com with the order number in the subject line before returning any items by mail.
All returns/exchanges must be approved beforehand. Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender without processing. 

Returns Eligibility
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags, etc. still attached.
Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached directly to the product or the product's packaging.
We will not accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt.

Please note that all sale items are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. 
In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at mail@megcompany.com as soon as possible to reserve another product/size. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from www.EppersonMountaineering.com.
The product(s) you are exchanging must be returned to our return location within 10 days (20 days for international orders)of having received an exchange authorization or your exchange order will be cancelled and the replacement product will be back online.
If any products are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

 

WARRANTY

Our bags have a One-Year Warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first year following purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

If purchased from one of our stockist, please initiate the refund/repair process through them.
